Rhino, Inc. is a premium rotational molding manufacturing plant, featuring five ovens, ranging from a two-arm H100 Hurricane, to a three-arm Ferry 550 Carousel. Appropriate for products ranging from small power generator starter guards, to large floating jet-ski lifts, used on both US coasts. Our machine capabilities can accommodate parts that range in size from 2 inches to 17 feet in spherical diameter. In addition, we feature a full CNC mold-making facility to accommodate our in-house tooling projects. As an ISO and AS compliant business, we adhere to our clients' strict requirements to ensure unparalleled precision and quality. Working with both large and small parts, we offer custom contract services that range from product design, rotational molding production, 2-shot Collagen foam, secondary EPS foaming, additional component sub-assembly, and product distribution in a wide variety of industries.
Material wall thicknesses range from 0.060 of an inch up to 5/8 of an inch. We offer volumes up to 2,500 parts per mold, as well as small run and prototype orders.
